Skiing in Stöten
In Stöten, you'll find slopes for everyone - regardless of age and previous skiing experience. There is a total of 49 slopes, ranging from wide green runs for beginners taking their very first turns on skis to steep, to black challenging runs which cater for the more experienced skier.
For those seeking adventure, there are three non-groomed ski routes - left with nature's own obstacles. For those seeking adrenaline, there is an award winning snow park and a small jibb area.
Stay in Stöten
The entire village is ski-in/ski-out - whether you're staying in an apartment, cabin, or hotel - meaning easy and direct access to the slopes. Located just 25 minutes from the new Scandinavian Mountains Airport, you'll be in resort and out skiing in no time at all!
In the village there is a supermarket and the entertainment centre, 'Vattufjäll'. Away from skiing, there is plenty to keep you entertained - from bowling, swimming and gaming, to winter activities including husky sledding and snowmobile safaris! Some cross-country tracks are lit at night for a magical Scandi evening ski experience.

Ski instructors in Sweden are passionate about skiing and fluent in English, allowing them to communicate the small details - and even more importantly, the joy of skiing! Our local ski school partner offers group and private lessons.
The Right Slopes for Me?
Beginner
Excellent: Good nursery slopes and a great selection of green runs.
Intermediate
Excellent: The uncrowded slopes are a great place to improve and practice with lots of wide red and blue runs across both resorts.
Advanced
Good: The selection of red and black runs are perfect for newly advanced skiers. For those looking for something challenging there are a choice of non-groomed tracks, a snow park and a world cup run.
Snowboarding
Good: The snow park in Stöten has everything you’ll need to work on your freestyle skills. Get airtime on jumps, cruise around on the rails and boxes, or simply just hang out with your friends, listening to good music by the grill.
Cross-Country
Good: 45 kilometres of pristine cross-country trails are available across this resort.

For holidays booked with scheduled flights arriving at Scandinavian Mountains Airport, a shared 25 minute coach transfer will be included to Stöten ski resort. The option to upgrade to a private transfer or car hire can be chosen instead at time of booking.
For holidays booked with scheduled flights from other airports in the UK and Ireland to Oslo Gardermoen, car hire is included in your package. The journey to Stöten ski resort is approximately 2 hours 35 minutes. The option to upgrade to a private transfer can be chosen instead at time of booking.
