Husky Sledding (available in Trysil, Stoten and Salen)
Spend an unforgettable afternoon guiding your very own team of huskies - living and learning the ways of an authentic Scandinavian musher!
Introductions are made (which includes plenty of cuddles with all the huskies) then the mushers will explain and demonstrate how to handle and steer your sledge. Once you are ready, off you glide through the magical snow covered forests, experiencing the stunning Scandinavian landscape which surrounds you on this most exhilarating adventure!
Evening Horse Sleigh Ride (only available in Trysil)
Glide into your very own fairytale on a magical horse sleigh ride through the picturesque Norwegian landscape. Sleigh bells jingle, the warm glow of torchlight illuminates the pathway through the forest, and cosy blankets keep you toasty - all that's left to do is sit back and marvel at the beautiful winter landscape.
Part way through your journey, you will arrive at a traditional Scandinavian hut to enjoy a delicious three course homemade dinner - all prepared from the finest local products. You even have the option to grill your sausages on an open fire - a firm favourite for children wanting to get involved in all the fun!
Snowshoeing Evening (only available in Trysil)
Clip on your snowshoes and grab a torch for an evening like no other - soak up the atmosphere of the forest in twilight and marvel at the wonders of the sky as you go...
Your expert guide will captivate you with stories about wildlife, remote survival and the local area, before setting up an open fire where you can enjoy some hot drinks and a snack.
Snowboard Taster (available in Trysil, Klappen, Stoten and Salen)
If you've always fancied cruising down the mountain on a snowboard, we've got the best instructors in the business to show you how to shred some powder!
During your taster lesson, one of our fantastic instructors will teach you the basics of snowboarding - building confidence in your new found skills as you go. We've even included an extra day of equipment rental so you can keep practising your snowboarding talent outside of the lesson too!
Cross-country Taster (available in Klappen, Stoten and Salen)
Considered the birthplace of cross country skiing, there's nowhere better to learn and experience this iconic pastime than in Scandinavia! Our expert instructor will guide you through the basics, giving you the confidence to glide along the perfectly groomed cross-country tracks across the mountain.
An extra day of ski rental is included so you can continue exploring the landscape, immersing yourself in the local nature and culture.

Activities are based on minimum or maximum numbers, so advance booking is essential.
Most activities require a normal level of fitness, however a general rule is that the longer the activity, the higher the physical demand. Please ask if you are unsure whether the activity is suitable and we will be happy to provide guidance.
